Who We Are
Word of Life Healing Ministries, Inc. is a prophetic outreach ministry established in 2003 by our Pastor, Patricia A. Williams. We are built solely on prayer, fasting and the Word of God. Our main desire is for souls to be brought into the Kingdom of God and for believers to become fully developed followers of Christ.
We are non-denominational.
We welcome people from all walks of life regardless of where they are on their spiritual journey. We operate according to the Word of God and believe where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty (2 Cor 3:17).
We’re an apostolic ministry
We follow the teachings of the New Testament and the Apostles, which is to carry out the Great Commission: preaching the gospel to all nations, baptizing them in the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost (Matt. 28:19, Mark 16:15-16).
We operate according to the five-fold ministry.
Ephesians 4:11-12 ~ And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ.
We are a prophetic ministry.
Prophecy is a gift that comes only from God. It is a five-fold ministry gift and is necessary for the edification of the Body of Christ. It tells past and present events, foretells future events and it also reveals the plans and purposes of God to man to carry out God’s will in the earth. God appoints prophets to reveal what’s on His heart and mind.
We are an outreach ministry
WOLHM is dedicated to spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Every believer is responsible for spreading the good news of Jesus Christ and will be trained in evangelism. We minister to the lost and those who are naturally as well as spiritually sick. We feed the hungry and clothe those in need and we also host community events (i.e. block parties, fashion shows, cafes, etc.) to spread the gospel in its many forms.
Mark 4:15 ~ “And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.”
